Dear all,

I have attached my current proposal for RAS specification. It is a draft version for Chapter 1.

According to the charter, The specification will have three chapters:

C1. Brief introduction & Terminology definition

C2. Framework design for RISC-V RAS (e.g. explicit design of RAS system registers, RAS report exceptions…)

C3. RAS Feature support (e.g. core & uncore features)
