It's a very brief history of standards and specifications in the ARM
world, and how they got to where they are today, along with some of
the "why" they happened that way.

In the interest of full transparency, both Marcin and I work on the
same team in Red Hat, have both worked with Linaro (I joined a year
or two after him), and have known and worked with each other for
several years.
