[PATCH v5 6/8] Follow profile naming as-per latest RISC-V profiles spec
We should follow profile naming as-per latest RISC-V profiles
specification. Also, we should avoid explicit mentions of
"RV32xxx" and "RV64xxx" ISA strings.
