Update on meeting schedule
atishp@...
Hi,
As per the discussion in last meeting, we are planning to move the meeting to another time slot as 7am PST slot is going to be crowded. To avoid meeting fatigue, we are also planning to change the meeting schedule to bi-weekly (2nd & 4th week of the month) from weekly. Given the geographic constraints and the existing RISC-V meetings schedule, it is impossible to find out a suitable time for everybody. I have selected few slots with minimal conflicts. Please select the your preferred day & time so that the meeting can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for the most of the folks. https://doodle.com/poll/acnp9auvnhiwqc9p Let me know if you want me to insert a new slots in the poll. -- Regards, Atish |

Hi Atish,
I believe people here in GMT+8 will still prefer the current slot. It is 11pm, not good but manageable. All the slots are worse than this one. If we can't stick to the current one, Is it possible to find a slot that's afternoon on the other side of the globe and maybe early in the morning on this side? Since we've been doing the reverse for a while.. Regards, Siqi |

Myself, I'm Ok with an evening/night time for the meeting (not trying to speak at all for others). Maybe have the meeting alternate between early morning and evening/night? Although I suspect just a fixed 7am PT time would be preferable over that for many or most people. (In any case, there's no easy solution.) Greg Hi Atish, |

I am based in India (GMT+5:30). I am fine with current time slot and some of the proposed time slots in poll.
Early morning of GMT+8 will be like mid-night for me so not feasible for me.

However, that would be inconvenient for folks in europe & EST. I think we will have this issue until Daylight saving starts(14th March) in USA. I am open to alternating the meeting between morning/evening as well which will lead to lesser attendance more convenience :). Greg-- Regards, Atish |
